The shoes are fine and pretty much what I expected. No real complaints about the product itself. Shipping just took longer than I thought it would, which was a little annoying.

I picked these up for everyday wear, mostly just running errands and getting to work, but they’re sketchy on wet floors. The first rainy day I wore them, I nearly slid in the grocery store entrance, which was embarrassing because I was also trying to juggle a coffee and remember if I needed onions for dinner. Anyway, they look fine and feel okay otherwise, but the soles just don’t have enough grip. I don’t really feel safe wearing them when it’s wet out

The size was exactly what I ordered, so that part was fine. But this is where it got annoying: the color looked a bit different than what I expected from the photos. Not a huge deal, but it was still a little disappointing.

I’ve been wearing these most days, and I’m impressed with how well they hold up smell-wise. Even after a full day of walking around in sneakers, they don’t get that sweaty stink nearly as fast as other pairs I’ve tried. They’re not perfect if they get soaked in the rain, but for normal everyday wear, they’re comfortable and do a really solid job staying fresh.

At first, my gut feeling was that the straps might end up bothering me because they felt a little stiff. But after a couple days of wearing them around, they broke in nicely and now they’re super comfortable. I’ve been reaching for them a lot. I do wish the straps were softer right out of the box, but overall I feel like they turned out to be a good pick

I ordered a pair from BIRKENSTOCK because I really expected them to become comfortable after a few wears, especially with how much people talk them up. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience at all. The break-in period was way worse than I thought it would be. Even just wearing them around the house made my feet hurt, and I ended up with blisters. The straps stayed stiff for days, too. Maybe they do get better eventually, but for the price, I expected sandals that wouldn’t feel this painful from the start. I don’t think I should have to suffer for weeks just to make them wearable...

Reading between the lines, I think these just aren’t for me. The newer styles feel a little too chunky and awkward, and the straps and overall shape come off kind of old-fashioned, but not in a cute vintage way. I can see how some people would pull them off, but they don’t work with much in my closet

The delivery arrived on time, which I appreciated, but the shoe box was crushed on one side when it got here. Thankfully, the sandals themselves were okay, but it still wasn’t great to receive them like that. I’d expect at least an apology for the damaged packaging

I was really excited to finally grab a pair I had my eye on, but once again, every style I actually wanted was out of stock. It’s happened a few times now, so it’s getting frustrating. I keep checking back hoping they’ll restock, but so far, no luck.

I ordered from birkenstock and the sizing just didn’t really work out for me. I used the size chart, but the sandals still felt way too roomy, especially around the straps and heel. I get that they’re supposed to fit a certain way, but these just felt kind of off. The return process was annoying too, and now I’m not even sure what size I’d try next. I expected a bit more help with sizing.

The site was simple enough to navigate, and checkout was quick with no issues. I do wish the sizing info had been a little clearer, but my order confirmation came through fast. Overall, it was a solid experience.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and figured exchanging them would be straightforward, but actually, it was a mess. The return page just kept sending me around in circles, and customer service took days to get back to me. By the time they finally replied, the size I needed was already out of stock. I’m still waiting on my refund too. I actually really like the sandals, but ordering from the site again? Probably not.

My first impression was that these were really comfy right out of the box, and that definitely stuck with me. They’ve held up decently so far, so I don’t really have any major complaints there. That said, the price feels a little high for what you’re actually getting. I’d probably buy them again, but only if they were on sale.

I was trying to buy a pair in regular width, but almost every style I liked seemed to only be available in narrow. I poked around the site for a while, i’m not even sure if I spent 10 minutes or half an hour going back and forth, and it just got annoying. In the end I left without buying anything. Disappointing.

I really like the sandals themselves, and it’s great that they’re repairable. But when I sent them in to be resoled, it took longer than I expected and I didn’t feel like I was getting much communication along the way. After a while it kind of felt like I was being ignored, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

I ordered the pair that looked like a soft taupe in the photos, kind of that light warm beige shade, but when they arrived they were much darker and leaned almost gray-brown. I kept holding them near the window and then under my kitchen light just to make sure I wasn’t imagining it, but no, they really didn’t look like the listing at all.
I totally get that screens can make colors look a little different, but this felt like more than just a slight variation. For the price, I expected the photos to be closer to the actual color. Now I have to deal with returning them, which is just one of those small annoying errands I was hoping to avoid.

The leather feels really good and made a solid first impression, but then—kind of disappointing, the edges of the footbed started cracking way earlier than I expected. I still like the look and feel overall, just wish that part had held up better

I had to wait in the queue for way longer than I expected, which was frustrating. After all that, I was hoping the craftsmanship would be better. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t feel as polished or well-finished as I expected

I really wanted these to work because I specifically bought them for the arch support, but they just ended up hurting my feet. The arch part feels way too high and kind of hard, and it presses in this one specific spot that feels just a little too far back toward my heel instead of sitting under my arch. I kept trying them around the house for a few days, even with different socks, but every time I noticed that same pressure point. They never softened up or felt more natural. Disappointing, honestly

Maybe it’s just me, but I was expecting something a lot more eco-friendly based on how they talk about sustainability. The product itself was fine, but the packaging still felt wasteful, which made the whole thing seem a bit greenwashed to me.
